Hoa Lu was the capital city of Vietnam under the Dinh and Tien Le (Pre – Le) Dynasties between 968 and 1009 AD and ancient sanctuaries and tombs can still be seen today. Apart from the historical importance, the area is naturally beautiful with Tam Coc landscape, referred to many as the “Halong Bay on land”, with limestone peaks and fertile green valleys. So, coming to see Hoa Lu, it will provide you an opportunity to discover the historical and cultural values of the former capital with more than thousand years and the beauty of nature.
Morning: Departure for Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh province, about 100km from the south of Hanoi city. Take a visit to Hoa Lu former capital with Dinh and Le temples. Thai Vi Bell-tower.
Afternoon: Transfer to Tam Coc - "Halong Bay on land ”, passing by the beautiful scenery, take a sampan cruise through 3 terrific caves. Drive back to Ha Noi. End of the tour.
